It left the carpet feeling nice and clean when it was previously in a pretty rough state between two small children and two dogs. The technician was very friendly and explained things clearly. He even explained it nicely for my very inquisitive 7 year old who has a lot of questions. :)

Leo did an amazing job! Leo called us us prior to our appointment to say he was on his way. He was friendly and careful in our house. He put corner guards to protect our walls which we appreciated. He discovered we had some dog urine in the corner of one of our bedrooms which we hadn't known about. Leo explained the cleaning process to us and left us some plastic booties to walk on the carpet.
