The ZeroRez employees were all professional and friendly, at the same time. Scheduling the job and making the payment were both very easy. Our tile grout hadn’t been professionally cleaned in 5 years. Our ZeroRez professional explained everything he was going to do and the order in which he would do the work. He was very efficient. I will have them back in our home next year; anything that looks this great deserves to be repeated.

I was happy to get an appt quickly!
The experience eased the situation for our family. The person on the phone was helpful and knew what they were talking about. The whole process was smooth. The technician called me (as promised) 30 minutes prior to arriving.
The cleaning itself was perfect Kevin went around and explained the situation. Wear vs dirt, possibility of different stain removal etc.
Then, on the hottest day ever, cheerfully went about cleaning the carpet. Fantastic service.
Thanks to the process, and especially to Kevin for making it happen.

It was the most amazing sofa cleaning and carpet cleaning I have ever received in the last 45 years of doing this! Jordan was very patient in explaining the process and made my sofas look brand new again! Very impressive because my two dogs had been using said sofas as a personal napkin for the last five years.
