Leo was relatable and professional. The blacklight test in our guest room was very revealing (??). I have only positive things to say about Zero Rez and the service. I'm not a chemist but Zero Rez claims "No Harsh Chemicals. No Soap." - I liked that claim. I'll be using Zero Rez again to clean and seal the area of tile flooring that we have; the spot test Leo conducted had me like "WOW!" :-O

Zerorez got my carpet cleaner than the other companies I have used in the past. I was about to replace the carpet but it looks so good now I believe it may last another 5 years. I’m very pleased!

I liked the care taken up to putting up corner guards so as to not damage walls and wearing shoe coverings. The carpet cleaner was courteous and careful. I had some rust stains that were able to be removed. He was able to clean small closets. Some of this was not done by previous carpet company.

Jordan did a very professional job of cleaning our carpet after a very long time after the last visit due to COVID. We always call zerorez, always will.
