Kevin has given us a whole new POSITIVE opinion of Zeroez. I called to make a last minute appointment for a house i was listing. (Im a Realtor). Kevin showed up and did an outstanding job. Since then I have had him out to clean the bottom story of my own house and just now had him come an do the upstairs. He is cheerful, and professional. He takes care to do a great job and explains all about the situation. His evaluation of the space and what is needed is great. I do not feel any "upselling" or anything negative. He is fair and informative.
