Your product is excellent, but you need to work on your scheduling. We were scheduled for 3:00 to 6:00. He arrived at & 7:10. That doesn't speak well for the way you manage your company.

It smelled nice. I haven't gotten my carpet cleaned by anyone else so I can't compare it. I was hoping it might feel a little newer afterwards but it's probably unrealistic. It stayed damp all day and through the night, so it was more like 12 hours. Overall it looks and feels much better.

The dirty spots don’t reappear! Zerorez is the best!

On time, clean, and helped with the knowledge of understanding more about why how and where the stains smells come from! Love their service and friendly attitude! If you like a greener way of doing things and you respect quality and you know that quality isnt the same as quantity then definitely give them a shot! You get what you pay for! It liked how easy it was to set up an appointment and get an estimate online. Soon after login in I was receiving an email from a person ready to talk if I needed assistance or wanted to continue via phone.
I was kept informed every step of the way, via text, emails and voice mail. Our technician Jordan did a great job in cleaning the carpets and give us very good information to how to maintain our carpets in between cleanings.

Our service person, Eraclio, did an amazing job cleaning a large living room rug as well as a stained carpet in our bedroom and bath/closet. He also cleaned all our leather furniture with beautiful results.. The service was very good and I would not hesitate to call them back next year.
