I have had zero rez out more than once, and I have been very satisfied with the work performed. The technician was very thorough in his explanation of the process and completed his work quickly and diiligently.

I liked everything about Zerorez. Start to finish, an excellent technician who went out of his way to do an excellent job! much appreciated, my home is much cleaner and certainly looks and smells that way.

This is not my first time with Zerorez. We have been happy with their service and how clean the carpets come out. Kevin whom we requested gave 100 per cent of his energy cleaning along with his helper that day. He was able to get one tough spot out which surprised us. I highly recommend them.

We have used your carpet services for years. We had one of your technicians out on Monday, and after the carpet dried we noticed some streaks and a couple of stains were still noticeable. Very professional quick and good

To me it seemed like a relatively standard clean. I do not have any other services to compare it to since it's the first carpet clean I've had, so it was ok but I don't know for sure.

No soapy residue, environmentally friendly. Very user friendly from beginning to end.

WAs blown away by how clean your team was able to get my kitchen tile, living room ara rug, couch/love seat and family room and stair carpet that have NEVER been cleaned in the 12 years that we lived in our house! I have been bragging to all my friends(and believe one is calling you this week!).

Professional & excellent job performed.

Kevin was very thorough in his cleaning process. We had several very stubborn spots on our garage floor but he tried different solutions until he was able to eliminate them or minimize them so the floor looks very clean all over. He was willing to take the extra time it took to accomplish this and we really appreciate it.
