This was our first time using Zerorez. A family member recommended them. I had a lot of soap buildup in my carpets due to traditional carpet cleaning methods. My carpets just never looked clean anymore. I scheduled an appointment and Leo was the service rep who came to our home. Leo was so friendly and informative about the Zerorez cleaning process and the additional treatments available to enhance the cleaning process. He was clear on the pricing and worked very efficiently to get the job done. Our carpets look sooooo clean!! We would highly recommend Zerorez and plan to use their services in the future.

False advertising: Not a three step clean as advertised. Only two steps. Brush step not included in price. You need to change your advertising to make that clear.
