missed the 10 because our carpets don't look as good as they did after last time you guys came out and the were not in as bad a shape this time, so I'm not sure why they don't look as good.

He took time to explain the advantages of different services, and worked hard, (even on his hands and knees), to get the job done to his satisfaction-which was obviously a high standard.
