Zerorez gets the job done - my older carpets look noticeably refreshed. They also came back without any issue to re-service a tough area to my satisfaction. They care about customer service and maintaining happy customers - can be rare these days.

Great communication the day of the service - let me know how far out they were and arrived when they said they would.
Very nice technicians- thoughtful of their impact on the house - protecting corners and other floors (wood). Carpets dried quickly and look great! This is my “go to” carper cleaning company and have no plan on changing!!!!

Very pleased! I was warned that their service may or may not remove all the heavy stains from our sofa that our 3 year old did over time. I still chose to forgo the cleaning and disinfection and we ALL were pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. Sofa looks like new again! Jordan explained the process thoroughly and was very pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend Zerorez!
