Love that no soaps or detergents were used, so the carpets won't get dirty again so quickly. The service person was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and explained everything so clearly. I was able to get an appointment quickly when I first called. The carpet pile is softer, after drying, than when I had it cleaned by other companies.
