Like all surveys, this one asks for comments before there has been time to evaluate the results.
The service persons were friendly & efficient.
However, like all services of this type, the phone quoted cost or the advertised price is simply an attention getter.It has no relationship to the end cost. In this case from an advertised price of less than $100 per room the result was $200+ per room. It's
Oh you have stains on the carpet" this will require more time and cost".
Duhhh, why else do you have a carpet cleaned?
