Nick did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and did his best to get out stains. he also explained why some would not come out. I have actually referred Zerorez to another neighbor who was looking to get their carpets cleaned!

I was very pleased with the way the technician handled our "little" emergency. Accidents happen, but he was very quick to solve the problem and report it to his supervisors. So far the carpet looks good, including the areas that were especially bad.

No harsh chemicals (and no lingering 'cleaner' smell), reasonably priced, time-efficient. Customer service was excellent, from initial scheduling, to the actual cleaning.

Very timely and considerate. Our cat peed on my son's carpet. Which is brandnew and I thought it was ruined. Zerorez was able to get the smell out and his room smells better than before!

This was the second time we have had carpets cleaned by Zerorez and have been well satisfied both times.

Three thing, first the gentlemen that came to our home Charles was very personable, polite and a hard worker. Second my carpet looks great and I know it's clean. Three I some how thing it will last longer without all the suds. I just gave your number to one of my son's friends mom, who asked for it. My son told them what a great job you did.
