Great communication, completed the job quickly and the carpets feel soft & look great! We had only a few days between a big family multi-birthday party (with lovely but messy grandkids) and a large ministry dinner for friends from France. I was happy with the technicians that came to my home. They were right on time. They were courteous and professional. My light colored carpet was heavily soiled in some areas and they got all the stains out. My carpet looks great. I'm very pleased with the service and the results from Zerorez.

Service was on time and the service men were polite and considerate. I liked that the corner and furniture guards were used. My carpets looked great and dried quickly. I had furniture cleaned as well and those cleaned up nicely.

Your cleaner was friendly, neat, and worked quickly. I do recommend that you upgrade the stain remover you use. I had one very nasty stain that he worked on, but really never was able to lift it. My own "Tech2" from ACE hardware did a much better job.

Your employee "Charlie" was great and a credit to Zerorez. He was very efficient and informative as to the care of the carpet and use after cleaning. He described the concept of zero residue cleaning and the use of natural products that were gentle on carpet fibers while allowing deep cleaning and lifting of soiled areas in heavy foot traffic locations.
