The service provided by Charlie (tech) was fantastic. He was friendly, cordial and totally professional. It's not often that I come across a service provider that I enjoy having in my home. He worked quickly and explained the things he was able to do and why he wasn't able to get some of the stains out of our carpet. Regardless, our carpet looks amazing. Even though he drove all the way from Sacramento to Stockton to do our little job, he didn't make us feel like it was a waste of his time. We'd be happy to have him come back and do the stairs and the upstairs next time around.

This carpet cleaning was the best I ever had. The carpets look like new again and they smell fresh again. The representative was so professional and knowledgeable and informed me of all the other services Zerorez offers. He completed the job so quickly and did such a great job. I had my tile floor and grout cleaned. It looks brand new and I didn't have to get on my hands and knees to clean the grout!
