I appreciate that Zerorez came back and redid a carpet cleaning job that had been done poorly before. I had a rental house cleaned earlier and Zerorz did an excellent job. I wad disappointed with the second time I had hired Zerorez, but the redo was excel,ent. I will be calling Zerorez again for future jobs on rental properties.

I like that there are no left-over harsh chemicals, and no associated odor, that remains in the house after the servicing.

The carpets came out nicely. The two techs that came out were careful of our furniture and wood floors. They were also very polite and respectful.

I was very pleased with the way the technician handled our "little" emergency. Accidents happen, but he was very quick to solve the problem and report it to his supervisors. So far the carpet looks good, including the areas that were especially bad.

No harsh chemicals (and no lingering 'cleaner' smell), reasonably priced, time-efficient. Customer service was excellent, from initial scheduling, to the actual cleaning.

Courteous service and a good carpet cleaning

Very timely and considerate. Our cat peed on my son's carpet. Which is brandnew and I thought it was ruined. Zerorez was able to get the smell out and his room smells better than before!
