Client Testimonials
My carpeting looks better now than it has ever looked with "normal" cleaning. I'd almost forgotten what a nice pile it has. It is the fluffiest it has been since it was first installed 13 years ago. The bathroom floor has always been a huge job for me. It looks great and now that the caulking is sealed I feel much better about the risk of stains.
Overall, I am very, very pleased with Zerorez and am grateful that you advertise on Armstrong and Getty so I could get to hear about you directly from them. Your October special made it even easier to give you a try. We senior citizens on fixed incomes with no COLI do have a difficult time making ends meet.
Your technician, Nick, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. When I am due for cleaning again I would like to specifically request your service from him. DO you perhaps run specials or give discounts for seniors? Thank you very much.
P.S. Do you have a spot remover of some kind I could keep here in case my Golden Retriever "inhales" something she shouldn't and perhaps "tosses her cookies?" That does happen on occasion.
Most sincerely,

Affordable, good customer service
Friendly technicians. You always do a great job and are reasonably priced. That is why we use this service several times a year.
I liked the quick turn around with the appointment time and the communication about arrival time.
Great clean, professional technician.
Beautiful outcome.
Most importantly, I did not wait at home during a 4 hour window like most service businesses do. I was called by the technician 1 hour before arrival. The technician,(Zachery) was very proffessional, knowledgable, and courtious. The trucks are equipped with the newest state of the art equipment that provided me with outstanding results.Hats off to you Zerorez.

Zerorez has been cleaning my carpets for several years and I have never been disappointed in the quality of service. My carpets are left clean and soft with no chemical odor. The technicians have always been professional with excellent customer service. I can't imagine using any other carpet cleaning service.

less moisture
First, I'm very happy with the service I received. I was called with an estimated time of arrival when I was told I would be, and my technician arrived when he said he would. My technician, Nick, was very pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. I feel he did an excellent job, and I was very comfortable having him in my home. I'm also pleased to know that Zerorez is concerned about environmental issues. Lastly, I feel the price was reasonable.
My carpets look beautiful & the person who cleaned the carpets was friendly and informative.
Leaving no soap in the carpet to attract dirt.
Excellent!
Knowing that no residue is left behind.
Technician Nicholas Stanisci ( I got his name from the bussiness card he left) was wonderful. Very respectful of my home and he explained the procedure and several times and had me look at my carpet and asked if I liked it. They came out better than I ever would have thought. Told me about after care and what to do to keep my carpets clean. I would recomend Zerorez to my friends and especially recomend Nicholas.
