The customer service department I worked with to setup the appoint was also very professional and extremely helpful. I loved the clean looking carpet and the fact there is no residue!! This is the 2nd time I have used Zerorez and I would recommend them to everyone! I will never use any other carpet cleaning company as all the ones I used in the past, the carpet got dirter quicker.

Clean and simple. Service was outstanding. Technician was friendly and professional. He was courteous and respectful of our time and our home.

I contacted many other carpet cleaning companies... they were either unavailable or extremely expensive. A friend of mine recommended Zerorez. Zerorez was able to squeeze us in the next day when other carpet cleaning companies could (would) not. To top it off, their prices were even lower than the competitors. The tech, Ron called to say he would be early...GREAT! He was fast, and made sure the coffee stains came up! He was very informative on general carpet care, chemical vs. water treatments, why some areas become dull, and oxidation. Thank you Ron! keep up the great work!
