Easy scheduling. Get to immediately talk to someone when I call. Prompt service. Techs arrive on time or someone lets you know if they will be delayed. My carpets and floors look great. Second time I have used Zerorez. I posted pictures on Facebook showing what a phenomenal job you did. You are scheduled to clean our church on Tuesday.

Green product and excellent service technicians / Ron was so knowledgable I thought he was the owner. I fad done follow up questions and he made a follow up visit to answer my questions regarding pet issues. He busted out a $300 laser black light and scoured the entire carpet and tile floors to make sure there was no evidence of pet waste. I thought I was on a Criime Scene Investigation. Very happy with the service.
