My carpets, now after their cleaning, are feeling so much softer than they did with the normal type of carpet cleaning. The trick will be if the spots from old residue return. Technician was hoping they wouldn't but cautioned us that they might.
They came on time, explained what they were doing and finished in a reasonable time.
Date of service was 09/29 at 9am. I loved the two employees, very efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. The carepts looked great afterwards and seemed to dry relatively well.

Employees who came to clean were very helpful and efficient.
The large time frame window was a bit of a bummer, however they did come within the expected time frame although towards the end so I was waiting around a while. They did give me a courtesy call to notify my that it would be toward the later end of the window, so that was nice. The tech that came out was great. Very professional and friendly

Amazing cleaning job and my carpets are not left sopping wet and stains don't return. Very reasonable and competitive price. Incredibly professional staff every time. I've used many carpet cleaners over the last 20 years with my many properties and I never have been satisfied enough to use the same cleaner twice. But these guys are different. Whenever they clean my home I always immediately schedule my next cleaning with them. These guys are different and their cleaning process is somehow also much better than competition. I'm a zerorez lifer.

After cleaning, my carpeting looked like new. Appreciated the fact that no soapy detergent product was used. Would have liked to have some furniture moved but we could not and we were aware of no moving by your staff. Drying time was as stated by technician. Will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned. I have always used rug doctor and their products for the last 17 years. My husband and I felt the extra effort Rodney Campbell and Nate Bennett made in bringing our off-white carpets back, to looking the best they possibly could look, was worth the cost and having a professional cleaning done.
They were beyond helpful and extremely professional, treated our home with care and respect, and the product used left our home smelling great!

My time frame was between 2-5 and I requested as early as possible and they arrived right at 2. That was great. They did a good job. They were careful with putting booties over their shoes. Overall it was a great experience.

The person who cleaned our rugs was very nice and did a good job. After receiving a callback for a quote, I opted to book an appointment online, which was so easy. FYI: The callback to confirm the appointment was not a good phone no.--the phone no. matched what is listed on the website.
