Charlie was our technician and he was very friendly and efficient. We had a plastic bottle of Lysol toilet bowl cleaner leak and leave a bright blue stain about the size of a 50 cent piece on the carpet upstairs. Charlie tried to get rid of it to the point of calling his supervisor, but was sorry to report that he couldn't get the stain to go away. As it turns out, by the next morning, after the carpet fully dried, the blue stain had faded to the point that it is no longer noticeable. Good work, Charlie! Thanks. Your technicians were prompt, courteous and my carpets look really clean. The only issue I have is my carpets took almost 2 days to dry completely.
