He cleaned everything so thoroughly but there wasn’t a chemical smell or stiff residue on the carpet at all. Everything was easy, making the appointment and then he contacted me with a specific arrival time. He arrived on time, completed the job on time and was extremely thorough. I was very satisfied!!

Dries fast and not sticky

The carpets, rug, tile and grout all look great after the Zerorez treatment. The process was super easy and the two Zerorez representatives that came over were both nice and professional.

The cleaning process is great because it is orderless and does not leave any residue. The carpets dry very fast.

The carpet not only looked great, it smelled wonderful, and when it was dry it felt very soft - no soap residue whatsoever. The technician who came did an excellent job all-around (Nate Bennett). He called to confirm he was on his way, explained what he was going to do, suggested a couple of approaches re: our cat 'problem' and did a nice job of cleaning up. He was very pleasant and knowledgable. Really first class. Thank you Nate!
