This is the 3rd time I have used Zerorez,the service has been excellent. The technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The job was done quickly and the carpets dried quickly afterward with no soapy or stiff residue. The product is very effective, there was even a black grease stain on a pale pink carpet that was removed.
