As a longtime listener of Armstrong & Getty I have been aware of Zerorez for some time yet only now chose to make use of your services.
From the timely return call of my initial inquiry, I was pleased to be contacted by a Zerorez representative who was professional, articulate, pleasant and empowered to not only verbalize what I had learned about your cleaning process from your succinct video; but to move forward and secure an appointment that satisfied exactly what I wanted and desired from my initial inquiry. Your Technician called me a couple of hours prior to his arrival (as promised), was punctual, friendly, neat, clean, professional, energetic and enthusiastic.
The carpet and tile cleaning was performed as agreed upon with results we are completely happy with. The tile grout and the "as advertised" abbreviated (sic)carpet ready to walk on time were better than I believed we would truly realize. Zerorez is now the only service we will employ in the future.

Richard arrived on time and, after explaining to us what services were available, and agreeing on the pricing and areas to be cleaned, got right to work. He did a great job cleaning our light colored Berber carpet and applied a protective treatment to protect our carpet from staining and make it easier to keep clean. Richard was neat and clean and explained the details fully and

I used Zerorez for upholstery cleaning. The process does a very good job of removing stains. There is no chemical odor. The upholstery dried quickly.
