Richard did a great job with our carpet and tile. Our carpet had urine stains from our lab that I thought would never come out, but they did! Compared to traditional carpet cleaning methods, Zerorez is superior and dry time is also much less. I was expecting stains to reappear after our carpet had dried, but it still looks good!
