Greg was very accommodating. If I noticed a spot, he scrubbed it right away, never complaining. He explained everything and allowed me to observe him as he worked. My carpet looks great for being 21 years old. The grout in the tile area looks almost new. I can’t believe the difference. In all honesty, not every spot came out, but that wasn’t due to him. My carpet is old and the fibers are worn. There are a couple spots in the grout that didn’t come out due to the embedded grease and oil. But I have grey grout again, not brown. I’m very happy with the results. Although he was called to another job because someone called in sick, he took his time with my job. He never made it seem he was hurrying to finish my job so he could get to the next. He worked continually while he was here. He also cleaned an area rug that was under the kitchen table. That rug looks new. Thanks Greg for the awesome job. I definitely recommend Zerorez.

The guy that came and cleaned our carpets was on time, and very knowledgeable. He took me through the whole house and explained exactly what he would be doing, and which areas might need extra treatment, then made sure I was ok with him doing that extra treatment before he did it. He made sure and cleaned up before he left. Very professional and courteous.

Super easy and quick to schedule an appointment. My service consisted of carpets and a sofa chair being cleaned. Was quoted a price at time of scheduling my appointment. Was told I would be contacted a day before my appointment to reconfirm which I was. Was told the tech would call approximately an hour before arriving for appointment which they did.
My tech was extremely courteous. He introduced himself, explained the process and asked me if I had any questions. He did offer a couple of extra services which I turned down without feeling any pressure to purchase. He did a thorough job, extremely pleased. One minor thing which I should have caught is he did not move the couch when cleaning. He had mentioned cleaning around the couch. It would have been an easy move for me to slide the couch so he could clean where it sat. I will pay closer attention next time.
All in all the process was as promised and done in a timely manner. Count me as a very satisfied customer.
I like that your products and services are always reliable.
