The carpet to the office we vacated turned out better than it was when we moved in to it. The carpet cleaning person we had was very professional and friendly. He was really informative and made sure everything was top notch when leaving. I wish I remembered the professionals name but he was really very nice and did an outstanding job.

The rep was very friendly, and informative, not pushy, but explained everything about process before starting, and asking questions about our needs without being pressured into up selling services ! He even went to bat for us on the price to do a pet stain process , while we were on budget , and gave a few options , while keeping the price competitive. All in all , the best result we’ve had with any of past cleaning we had done by different company’s, very pleased..
