The carpet is not overly wet when the service tech leaves. The guys are super nice and they explain what they are going R to do.

Kevin did an excellent job and was someone we would highly recommend. Although the cost was greater than the initial estimate, we felt the increase was justifiable and we didn't feel he had unreasonably tried to up-sell us.
Most importantly, you arrived as initially committed, meaning we had moved the furniture and weren't disappointed with a call saying you wouldn't be able to arrive as originally committed.

From what I've learned about your carpet cleaning system, it is better for the environment and better for my carpet. The technician who did my carpets (Sean) was very friendly and thorough - and explained everything he did. Prices were pretty reasonable (especially with special offer).

I have used zerorez for a few years. I have been very happy with the tech’s. They are polite, get right to work, and whether they are cleaning the carpet, loveseats, or tile it looks wonderful...my carpet is off white and 16 years old and looks new after every cleaning.
