How thorough the company cleans the carpet, based on the type of water and products used during the service.

Great service! The crew was prompt, courteous and explained all aspects of what was going to be done and why. Carpets are not sticky or crunchy. I won't use any other service.

Fast and efficient

Technician was thorough and professional. Not sure why he removed his mask and put it in his pocket. I wasn’t wearing a mask when he arrived so maybe that’s why he felt comfortable enough to remove his. I asked him to put his mask back on. I then put on a mask as well to make him feel safe too. We are still in a pandemic people!

The young man was wonderful. He explained what he was going to do, asked if I had any questions and answered them in detail. As I am biochemically sensitive, he took extra time explaining the chemicals that would be used, the natural scent that would result, and how long it would last.

Everything he said was true, and so am absolutely delighted with the result, as I will be renting out my condo and want my tenants to be chemically safe. He was kind and polite, and even wished me a happy 81st birthday for Friday at which time I will return to Australia.

I will leave your company’s details to my property manager to also pass to my future tenants.

I like the name of the company--Zero Residue !!! It put a confidence in them from the very beginning. Each technician who has ever come to my house has been kind, polite, knowledgeable, and informative. They offer me additional services but there is no pressure to purchase. My carpets always look GREAT when they are done and they dry in a reasonable time.
