The rugs look great except for a pet spot that he was unable to get out. With the extras it turned out being about $200 more than original quote.

Jordan was very helpful in explaining what I needed to remove some pet stains in one of my rooms. He also used special brushes to extract dirt and pet hair from the fibers.
My carpets were dry 6 hours later. I am pleased with the work.

Your technicians are very good at using and understanding exactly what the different products do that they use. The products don't soak the carpets and it doesn't take hours for the carpet to dry. Overall the carpets look very nice when finished.

Sean Corrigan was very professional. He explained thoroughly the whole cleaning process he was going to perform on our carpets through out the house. After completing the job he showed me the results and asked if I had any concerns which he would be more than happy to address. I was impressed with his work and how clean the carpets looked. The fact that there was no residue after the carpets had dried was great! I will definitely use Zerorez in the future and also recommend them to friends and family.

My Technician, Eraclio, did a great job. He is very informative and I will definitely use the company again. We had fire damage to our home and my husband had respiratory problems from ash/soot in the carpet. Since the carpet cleaning was done my husband is feeling much better. Everyone was very professional and personable. The technician who came to service our house was so patient with our overly curious and chatty 3 year old. He explained everything before he started about what he’d be doing, how long it would take and what to expect afterward the treatment. Our carpets look brand new again and I love that there was no smell whatsoever from the treatment, it dried surprisingly quickly, and was soft and plush feeing without any crunch or stiffness. We are very impressed with Zerorez products and services.
