Did good clean on and carpet was not so wet

We have cleaned our carpets with our Bissell cleaner several times over the past two years. We both have heard commercials on the radio for zero razz and decided to give it a try since we had pet stains and other stains that would disappear while our carpet was wet from the Bissell cleaning but would return as soon as the carpet was dr. Also my parents had some furniture in the storage unit that flooded and we had mildew and stench from that exposure in some upholstered furniture and we thought perhaps zero razz could help with that. The difference in cleaning with Zerores was obvious. The carpet didn't just look like it had recently been cleaned it looks like brand-new carpet!

We use Zerorez every year and they are always friendly and efficient and do a great job. Hector and Adam wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the job before they left. They got the carpets looking like new. They make a good team.

Cleaned much better than any other carpet cleaner

I like that the products are natural and safe. The house smelled wonderful. I was very pleased with the job that they did. 2 out of 3 rooms came out perfect. The main living room that was done had quite a large number of stains so I was very pleased that most of them came out. At first while it was still wet it appeared as though they all came out, but as the carpet dried, you could see some of the tougher ones came back. Other than that, I would say over all I was very pleased. The technician was extremely courteous and efficient.

Technician was very nice, efficient and accommodating. Carpet looks brand new. Carpet was damp but not really wet and dried completely by 4-6 hours. Very pleased with the results and will definitely use again.

Your employees have always been very nice and courteous. they also use a cover over their shoes to help protect the carpet. Have been very happy with the cleaning results.
