Your service employees are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I received a call before the service person arrived which was great. He worked quickly and efficiently, offered additional services but was not pushy about them. We did purchase an additional upholstery service which I was very pleased with. I also purchased the protection coat for the heavy traffic areas of the carpet. I was alittle surprised by the total cost of the appointment, but I did not know the square footage to give the person over the phone for the estimate or the total number of stairs to be cleaned either for the staircase. I have only used one other company to clean carpets and was not satisfied with their service or attitude. Thank you for offering and delivering a great product and service.

The professionalism in service. Thank you for putting sleeves on the legs of the furniture prior to shampooing. The smell is very refreshing and my carpet looks new.
Carpets are cleaned very well, they dry quickly, no residue left in the carpet fibers, can not detect any "cleaning product smell" afterward, traffic areas are cleaned better than expected and are restored to near new-like condition.
The service reps were very helpful and quick. I like that they were in and out quickly and mindful of protecting the walls against the hose damage.
