The rug was dryed promptly after cleaning. There was no stickiness and no crunchy sound.

I like that they brought their own water that was specially made for carpet cleaning. My carpets look like new. I had some bad stains on my carpet and he got all of the stains out. My daughter said it looks like brand new carpets. I will definitely use this company any time I need carpets or furniture cleaned.
