Less water and drying time. The workers are most professional with excellent customer service skills. I didn't feel frighten, I was very comfortable. It was remarkable to see how clean looking my carpet got because it's over 15 years old. Yes I know it time to change :-)I have had it cleaned several times but Zerorez showed the best now and aftern look. Very satisfied they put a happy smile on my face..Yeah!
