The price and the results
They are effective. Stains and spots are gone. There was a spray paint stain in my carpet, and it is now gone! I love the fact that the carpet isn't wet for days. It was fairly dry 8 hours later. Plus the tech was very nice, and very professional.
We have used zero Rez 3 times per year and Sean was the very best associate we have had. he was personable, well mannered & dressed, listened to what I wanted done, and he did not rush the cleaning job. On the surface our carpet looks clean but he was very diligent and worked on areas of heavy use. If I could request aan associate I would ask for Sean each time.

Although the carpet still smells a little because of dog urine, I do plan on using your company to clean the rest of my carpet when I have saved up enough and I really liked the technician who cleaned the carpet. I forgot to get his business card but when I have my carpets cleaned again I am going to ask for him (hopefully you all keep customer info). He was very professional and very friendly and I think he did a great job!

your rep, shawn, was extremely professional and knowlegable. We have used your services at least twice before and shawn was able to remove spots that were previously not removed!!
That indicates the prior reps were inefficient or not cognizant of means to properly clean.
Perhaps shawn should be promoted and utilized as an instructor.
