The ZeroRez technician who cleaned my carpets did a very nice job and was quite thorough. I appreciated his attention to special areas that required a little extra effort. I did have someone come back to hit a couple of spots that I felt needed more attention, and that technician also did a very nice job.

The only complaint I have is that I have not received credit for my payment for an A/C filter I originally ordered and then canceled because I changed my mind and will wait until next year when I purchase a new A/C unit and will know what size filter to order. I already have a filter from ZeroRez in my home and love it, but canceled the one for my townhouse for the reason listed above. I will be happy when I see my credit for that filter ($129) on my credit card account.
