The products smell really nice and the employee was very knowledgeable of the products. There were a few really tough stains that were difficult to remove. I would like to see a product/solution that can handle those types of stains (dyes, wine, etc). I was satisfied with the overall service.

We were most interested in trying Zerorez because you are environmentally friendly; you don't use harsh chemicals or soaps.
Our technician Matt Markham was very professional, educated us about Zerorez while he cleaned our carpets and did a very thorough job. He asked if we wanted anything else cleaned while he was in our home, but we declined.
