Did great job cleaning carpet on stairs and explained the process on cleaning the carpet fibers and then adding carpet protection to help minimize dirt buildup. Didn’t use a lot of water allowing faster dry time.

Technician was on time and very personable , and he explained the full process before starting. He was able to treat and remove some stubborn stains, and when he finished, the carpet on all three floors looked great and smelled super fresh!

We were very happy with our technician James. He explained all the different procedures that he was going to perform to clean our carpets and our upholstery. He went out of his way so that we were not inconvenienced while waiting for the carpet and upholstery side. He is definitely an asset to your company.
