They did a great job removing stains. The person cleaning the carpet was very professional and worked hard to get all the carpet cleaned. It was a very large space. All the rooms smelled so good too.

Starting with the phone call to this office, the woman on the phone was wonderful. Courteous, helpful and very efficient.

The service was absolutely great. The guy was very knowledgeable, professional kind, and explain the procedure as he did it I could not have asked for a better person to provide my service. I had a couple areas I was concerned about and he explained they were most worn areas.

The products you used left such a fresh smell, not like the artificial ones left by other companies. The technician treated the urine stains from our puppy and for the most part got the odor out.
