We were delighted with your associate. He called ahead and was right on time for the appointment.
He was well dressed and groomed. He presented a professional appearance. He worked hard continually. He asked if there was anything else he could do and suggested an additional product (Scotch guard in the high traffic areas). All of the areas he cleaned were immaculate when he got done. The 2nd technician (Matt) did an excellent job. Apparently the 1st tech didn't know what to do or didn't care. The 1st time I didn't know 2to expect but felt that it was a very poor job. Matt was wonderful!
