I love that they don't use chemicals and that their staff are polite and friendly. I also like that you get a real live person on the phone whenever you call without a long automated menu or a long hold period.

Other rug cleaners have made the rugs look good, but the stains seemed to come back in the same spots once we walked over them again. For now, it looks like your methods will improve on this. For improvement, I think the tech did a nice job on the spots/spills, but the general traffic areas did not come as clean as I would have expected. The scotch guard upgrade (which we elected to do) was a bit of a sales job too - I'm curious if that is really worth it, it would been nice to have some more information on that service, it was a bit of a high pressure tactic and turned out to be a pretty big cost relative to the cleaning itself.

Zerorez provides excellent customer service. Carpets look brand new once they are done.

Personnel were polite and professional. Only complaint was two areas in carpet that had stains did not come out, most likely due to stain on padding. The technician returned for a second cleaning, but carpet stains are twice the size. No fault of the process or technician. The other carpets that were cleaned turned out great.

I use ZeroRez because of the products. The service rendered by the technician, Matt, was outstanding -courteous and helpful - need more technicians like him!

My carpets are very clean all spots gone ...whenever I have my carpets cleaned a concern is that the original spots will return. The last time I had them cleaned, the spots returned. I feel confidant that the Zerorez cleaning will last for longer than a month or two.
