All persons I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, and businesslike. I easily made my appointment on line (I really had doubts about it, but it worked!) workers showed up when they said they would, and we're friendly, but got right to work. My carpet dried quickly and there was only a faint odor for a few hours...important because I have asthma. My carpets are old and very worn, and they did not come as clean as I had hoped, but they look so much better than they did.

I was impressed with the service technician ~ he worked quite hard and was most interested in making sure I was pleased with his work. The carpets look like new - better than I have seen them in years even though I have used several other companies to do this work. Also, there is a freshness about the rooms that I have not noticed before when I used the other companies. Just to name one example of the thorough job he did, there was a spot on the carpet where I had spilled red candle wax and had left it for some time...the spot is completely clean. I have already started recommending this company to friends. It is obvious that Zerorez lives up to the promises I have heard in the commercials! I am so proud of this "new" carpet!
