Fantastic results! I could literally see the difference in the carpet as Vince passed over the dirty areas. There are still a few spots where I can still smell dog urine, but I'm hoping that will dissipate as the carpet dries.

Technician was very prompt, explained what was going to happen, worked clean and walked us through the rooms after he was complete.
