Quality service, low odor, dries quickly.
The chemistry process, the professionalism of Michael, the lead tech. Michael is very knowledgeable about his trade. His assistant needs to learn to take more care around painted walls and doors, though. The pre-treatment, cleaning, and hand cleaning of steps on stairs. The end result, house smells good and the carpet looks great.
Your techs are always polite and professional. I like how fast the product dries and you don't have any "wet" smells.

The technician, equipment, the fluid worked extremely well in cleaning my 'white' carpeting. Again, thank you for a job weel done.
No chemicals, responded quickly to our request for next day service. Not so good, the storm door was left propped open after the technician left. We tried to close it and found that it was jammed. We had to replace the storm door closer at $15.88. Not happy about that.
Really wanted to do a great job on our carpets and make sure we were satisfied.
