I live in Arizona and own home in Portland that I lease. I came to Portland to fix up the home because I have a new renter. My wife and I worked on the home and particularly our white carpet in the home. My wife used about 5 bottles of carpet cleaner on the home before zerorez came to clean the carpet. When you folks got done the carpet looked beautiful, but the next morning the carpet was all brown in many areas. We had already flown back to Arizona, so when my tenant called, I was in shock. I called Finn and he took my issue very serious and immediately got people there to see what they could do. After looking at the situation, they recleaned the carpet and it came out beautiful again! This was a real pain, and I don't know if the problem was pet urine or my wifes cleaning product, but regardless, Finn is a hero with me! We will always use zerorez and will also convince everyone we know to use your services as well! Again, Finn is a wonderful employee and his customer service attitude couldn't be better!!! As I told the young man who came to clean our carpets I didn't expect miracles as the carpets had been cleaned before and stubborn stains remained (male dogs). However, I was really surprised how clean the carpets looked after they were dry (usually stains show up when the carpets dry). Yes, there were still a few areas that will never be completely stain free but on the whole this is the best the carpets have ever looked after a cleaning. Really very pleased! I will certainly be using Zerorez again. Now I can walk through these rooms without cringing.

The technician very courteous and efficient. Our rug looks and feels great, It dried in at a minimum of half the time our previous service did. We liked the idea of no soap residue. We are very happy with Zerorez and will be using them in the future.

I like the fact that you do not use detergents that typically leave a filmy feel.

The pricing was very reasonable. The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and conscientious. In fact, he asked if he could clean a small wool rug in our entryway at no cost. To me, that is customer service that exceeds expectations!

I liked that I had an estimate and there was not a big push to buy all kind of other products once the team arrived to clean. I thought the young men who came were very professional.

The only thing I wish is that I had moved over my eliptical machine when they were here because I moved it today and there is a mark where it was not cleaned.

The carpet was cleaned better than any company I have used before. Every stain was gone and the office which I thought could not be cleaned to match carpet under a protector was done so that you could not tell what had been protected and what had not. And that was after they were clear that it might not look as good as the carpet that was under the chair protector! I was very pleased.

The carpet dried quickly. We waited until the next day to put any furniture back on it, though. It has been almost a week now since our carpet was cleaned and no dirt has reappeared. That seems to happen when we have used other carpet cleaners. Jeff, your technican told me that would not occurr and he was correct. Thank you.

Everything was good.

I liked that you provided the furnace duct cleaning along with the carpet cleaning service. You were prompt and thorough- also pretty fast. Mostly, I liked the system used: your soapless cleaning system was explained to me and makes good sense for people that want to preserve their carpets. My carpets look great even though they are fairly old and the dust that was removed from ducts (had remodeling dust), makes my home more comfortable and clean.
