I liked that you provided the furnace duct cleaning along with the carpet cleaning service. You were prompt and thorough- also pretty fast. Mostly, I liked the system used: your soapless cleaning system was explained to me and makes good sense for people that want to preserve their carpets. My carpets look great even though they are fairly old and the dust that was removed from ducts (had remodeling dust), makes my home more comfortable and clean.

Great job and excellent service. The only thing I had a little problem with is I have
very sensitive skin and when I sat on the carpet or the couch, that was cleaned, I itched from the alkaline solution. After I vacuumed it was better. The carpets look very nice.

When I came back into the house after the carpets were cleaned, there was absolutely no odor from the cleaning solutions used. The carpet dried quicker than it has from other carpet cleanings. I didn't have to worry about my cat walking on the damp carpet and then licking her paws.

On time. Appreciated the telephone call to alert me that Zerorez associate was on his way. Friendly demeanor and displayed interest/concern in what my carpet cleaning needs were. Did very good job and repeatedly asked me if job was done to my satisfaction. Promptly cleaned any areas I requested. I'm a repeat customer and I can't see calling any other company the next time any of my carpets need cleaning. Excellent.
