The technician called on his way to our home, and was on time. He completed the work quickly, was polite, well groomed, and was knowledgable - he asked throughout the process if we had questions, and took time to answer them. We also appreciate a system that isn't full of harsh chemicals.
I like the lack of soap in your cleaning. For the most part, most of my carpet turned out very well from the cleaning. I was less pleased with the deep stain removal. One heavily traveled part of out family room did not fair well. Not sure how well another approach would have been, though. I was very pleased with the communication from the company after scheduling our appointment.

No residue is left in the carpet because only water is used to clean the carpet. I also, like the fact there is no chance of pets being harmed by chemicals. The carpet looks like new.

Jeff Towell was so nice and polite. I felt very relaxed as he walked through his process. My carpets were the worst. I thought for sure they needed to be replaced. After Jeff was done, I couldn't believe what I no longer saw!
prompt, efficient and friendly. Carpets look great. One little issue, there is a small knick in the hall paint and I have no more of that color, so my suggestion would be to very careful what equipment bumps into.
