When I came back into the house after the carpets were cleaned, there was absolutely no odor from the cleaning solutions used. The carpet dried quicker than it has from other carpet cleanings. I didn't have to worry about my cat walking on the damp carpet and then licking her paws.

We are SO impressed with how clean our white carpeting is. The carpet is 11 years old, but looks brand new. The tech was able to get out all of the potty stains from our puppy plus coffee stains. Thank you for your high quality cleaning service that is completely chemical free.

The cleaning job done by Zerorez was outstanding. I asked him to clean my elderly grandmother's carpet. It had not been cleaned in over twelve years and had terrible stains from a sick cat...yuk. By the time Zerorez finished cleaning the carpet it truly looked brand new. I asked Finn, the technician, for some cards and have already run out of cards after people saw the job they did at grandma's. Thank you Zerorez...you are amazing...and I will be calling to have you do my entire house soon.

This is the first time that I'm confident our furnace duct's are really clean. Zerorez was On Time, Freindly, Confident, Competant, & Took good care to keep our household protected and clean, and they cleaned up afterwards.
Zerorez is somewhat expensive but the extra was certainly worth the cost
Great job and excellent service. The only thing I had a little problem with is I have
very sensitive skin and when I sat on the carpet or the couch, that was cleaned, I itched from the alkaline solution. After I vacuumed it was better. The carpets look very nice.
