I like the fact that no soap is used and the carpet feels softer. I was upset that my order was mishandled, but was handled in a way to suit me. Very coopertive, but bad scheduling program. Anyway I got may carpet cleaned as I had requested and the service person was very pleasant.

The carpet spots were all gone and carpet was like new again.

The man that came to our home, Stacy, was very curtious and professional. He did an exellant job cleaning our carpet and 3 chairs. The large reclincer was fairly soiled on the arm rests and the back and he got it cleaned spotless! Very excellant work ethic. Good job!!

Did not leave carpet stiff or crunchy.

Stacy called before he got here and went right to work. The rugs seem to be well cleaned. He applied a repellent to the living room and a few other areas. I will probably have this company clean my couch and love seat in the spring. He gave me a quote that seemed reasonable.

I like that the product doesn't leave soap residue and it got my carpets clean. I like that your people are courteous and professional, and you're not left guessing as to whether or not someone is going to show up. Even though you had a four hour window to show up, I received a call from Jeff letting me know what time he'd actually be there.

No smell

Our carpets look so much better! I don't think we realized how much they needed to be cleaned until afterwards. It really brightened them up and they even smell fresher. Thank you, we will definitely call you again in the future.

Carpets are not matted down from being soaked in water.

Thank you Finn for coming by so late in the day/night.
My carpet "lost " several dirty spots I looked for them
when the sun was out the next day.
My "stinky" little corner made so by my dog just need a little more natures miracle
poured on it. But it was diffenitly less smelly after you went over it.
The carpet looks nice. All the carpet blends in so much better.
