General cleaning of carpet was excellent. The person who did it was very professional. However I am disappointed with the spot in the living room that was specially treated and cleaned of animal urine. The spot was very difficult to see and I had it cleaned to remove any residual urine from the pad. It is now very sticky, the stain is larger than before and I am very unhappy with the way it looks and feels. I will be calling the office on Monday. Otherwise, the other rooms and stairs are excellent and feel wonderfu.

We love Zerorez. The carpets look brand new again. Thank you so much. Just know that they take awhile to dry. We waited until the next day to put furniture back in place. The folks are super nice to deal will from setting the appointment to the tech who did the work! We will certainly call them next time.
