The cleaning job done by Zerorez was outstanding. I asked him to clean my elderly grandmother's carpet. It had not been cleaned in over twelve years and had terrible stains from a sick cat...yuk. By the time Zerorez finished cleaning the carpet it truly looked brand new. I asked Finn, the technician, for some cards and have already run out of cards after people saw the job they did at grandma's. This is the second time we have used Zerorez for our carpet cleaning and we are, once again, very satisfied. The biggest draw for us is the chemical-free cleaner that doesn't leave that gross residue the other companies' products leave behind. We also notice our carpets stay cleaner longer which is hard to do with a large dog! As an added bonus, the specialists that clean are knowledgable, friendly, and professional.

Your technician was great. The results are awesome, especially my couch. It's 15 years old and I was going to trash it, but I think I can hold off for another couple of years. My carpets are soft and clean and the house smells fresh.

1.The technician arrived on time, he was very professional, answering all our questions, addressing our concerns. 2. The vents were throughly cleaned. 3. The carpet was cleaned, stains removed and had a pleasant scent.
I did not realize that it would take more than 8 hours for the carpet to dry. That is a drawback to your system.

I like you cleaning green and I really like the job that you did on the rug and the chairs. One of the chairs was really dirty but it looks like new now.

Karma, I hoped into my car after work, Lars Larson was on the radio and recommended Zerorez. While he read off the phone number I was dialing. The gal who answered the phone was not only respectful and business like she was kind and fun. A big plus in my book. I have to say I really appreciate the fact Fin was willing to split my cleaning into two different visits. Not feeling so well the first visit, Fin was more than willing to come back on another day to finish. Bless his heart for that. quick, efficent, good communicaton and A SUPER JOB IMPROVING OUR CARPET(S).

The products got out some pretty bad coffee and cola stains that had been in the carpet for quite awhile. The areas that were heavily soiled cleaned up beautifully. No after odor which was nice. Service was awesome, from the lady I spoke with initially on the phone to the technician who cleaned the carpet. He was very nice, asked questions about the kind of stains I had and what kind of use the carpet gets. He was very knowledgeable about their products and care and cleaning of carpets. I am so pleased with how beautiful my carpets look considering how bad they were.
