John, the technician, called to say that he could arrive earlier than scheduled if that was OK with me. So my cleaning was done in a timely manner. John was professional and personable, and I am delighted with the cleaning.

It was cleaned efficiently and very nicely. I was impressed with the studio carpet that went from mud and other dirt to looking new.
No residue
No lingering odor, environmentally friendly. Technician courteous, appropriately dressed,knowledgeable, and competent. As far as the effectiveness of the Zerorez method goes, I would be better qualified to make that assessment when I see how it looks several weeks from now. So far so good.
Cleaning the carpet with the impowered water is something I like very much. The carpet looks great and hopefully it won't attract dirt like it does when chemicals are used to clean a carpet. We had a couple spots from our pet dog that didn't completely come out, but I think they are as clean as they could get. Peter did his best to try to pull out the stain. We appreciate him coming out a second time to work on the stains.

I like that it pulled the old detergent residue from my carpets and left them clean.
The carpet cleaning results were fantastic. The carpet felt like "new" again. And it dried very quickly.

We heard about Zerorez from our cleaning lady and also from Lars Larson which we listen to. We are more than pleased with the results as well as the friendliness of their appointment representative when we called to have a service man come out to our home. He was very friendly and eager to do a good job. The people that bought our home will be pleased as well and when we are ready to have the carpets cleaned at our new home, WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL ZEROREZ!!!!

Finn thoroughly explained everything he'd need to do in every room in order to meet my cleaning expectations - and when he believed a stain couldn't be reomoved 100%, he explained that too (and why). In several places - those double grey lines on the carpet under shut doors, yuck - he said 50% cleaner was possible . . . but the results were 75% to 90% cleaner, yay! Same grey lines on the stair carpet up against the walls, also 90% to 100% cleaner. I delayed having the carpets cleaned because I just didn't want those Stanley Steemer idiots in my house again. I'm sorry I didn't call Zerorez sooner. I plan to make an appointment in early November '13 to have Finn over again. BTW, I heard Zerorez ads on Lars' show. I know Lars and I'm trying to support companies that advertise on his and other talk shows in Portland (Mark & Dave). I took Lars' advice and called Zerorez and I am very happy I did. I am extremely satisfied with the results and my husband is too. Thank you, Finn and Zerorez. See you in November!
