Scheduling was easy on your website. We got a reminder call and a call before arrival. The requirements were carefully and thoroughly explained beforehand. The technician was personable, knowledgeable and efficient.

They work and I mean both the products and the service men. The carpet does stay cleaner and does feel softer. I believe Peter was the rep that came to my home. He was prompt and called ahead to let me know he was arriving so I could be there on time for him. He got two spots out and one was ink that was pretty embedded. Peter was mannerly and friendly, a great rep for the company. I continue to praise Zerorez to family and friends. Stacey was the first one to come to my home for cleaning. It has only been a day, so I don't know if any stains will re-appear. However, at the moment, my carpets look mostly like new. I am very pleased and John has been a pleasure to work with. I like his professionalism mixed with his friendliness. My husbands recliner has looked this good since we first bought it and I have had it cleaned before.
