I really liked that the technician (John Graf) was on time and arrived at the early side of our appointment time. He called ahead of time and arrived exactly as he said. He is a friendly, efficient, and trustworthy person and I had no problem allowing him in our home with my wife and baby there. He seemed to know the equipment very well and was done in a timley manner. He also took great care around our furniture, appliances, etc. The carpets came out fantastic and the whole house smells fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone and the technician we had in particular.

Finn was the person who did our carpet, and he was very friendly, polite, respectful of our needs and wants and even added a tiny extra spot our 9 year-old granddaughter asked him about. It was in a bedroom not on our list to have cleaned right now, but she hated the little spots by her door. Since he was working just outside her door, he told her he would take care of it for her, and she is so delighted to have the spots gone.
It appears that all our large spots are completely gone. There are a few small spots still visible if you know where to look, but overall, we are very pleased with the results. We had one large spot over 10 years old that another company had been unable to eliminate, and it appears to be completely gone. Thank you, Zerorez.
