The technitions were VERY polite, friendly and professional. I was happy about the corner guards they used to protedt the corners in each room and at the stairs. I have had bad experiences with others in the past who were not so concerned about the details. The gentlemen that came to our office to clean our carpets were polite and very professional. They set-up quickly and completed the job in much less time than we thought. The products they used on the carpets were a nice citrus smell that went away quickly. After they were done we could see a huge improvement on the look of our carpets.
