The carpet felt soft and CLEAN, not sticky with detergent and sprays. The deodorizer was non irritating and really helped with pet odors. We have tried many different carpet cleaning companies in the past, this was by far the freshest and cleanest our carpet has been after a cleaning.

Our carpets look amazing! We were not even going to clean a section of our house as the carpet was so dirty. We had already planned to get new carpet. The guys convinced us to let them try to fix the carpet. It was incredible. Some of our friends thought we had replaced the carpets because they look so good. We will definitely be calling again and have already started to spread the word about the awesome results.

Carpets were cleaner than previously used services; chemicals are environmentally friendly which I liked and leave no residue. Justin was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Have recommended him to my mom, and will definitely use Zerorez again. Thank you!

I like that Zero Rez pretreated the carpet then after cleaning it, he put carpet protectant on, then did some type of rake treatment to it. The other carpet company that used to clean our carpet didn't do all those steps, just cleaned the carpet. I also like that he put corner protectors on our corners. Justin Curtis was our technician and he was very professional, thorough, and gave us a good deal on cleaning the stairwell. He made us feel like we were getting a good deal.

I liked how thorough Justin, the technician, was with covering all the areas to be cleaned and then telling me all the recommended products and fees. I like that there are other options for carpet treatments, especially trouble spots like pet urine. That it's not just 1 application over all the carpet to treat both stains and regular dirt.

My carpets didn't look that dirty to me but my husband said it must be about time to clean them. Wow, they were dirty and now they look and feel AMA ing.

I especially liked the attitude of Brooks who came to our home that day to do the carpet cleaning. He went beyond what was asked for and did a little extra. For example, he also cleaned the back door mat which was on top of the family room carpet being cleaned. He also was willing to clean an adjacent area in the bedroom for a minimal extra charge which I was happy to pay.
On a slightly different note, I heard Zerorez advertized on KPDQ by Georgine, on KEX by Mark and Dave, and on KXL by Lars, so figured it would be a good company. Then I saw my hair stylist last week and told her we had had our carpets cleaned that week and SHE said, "I have a fabulous carpet cleaner in my group for next time when you need this service!" I like that there is no fragrance or chemicals used. The carpets look great, even the spots where my puppy had "accidents". Justin did a great job and is very enthusiastic.
