I thought the carpet cleaning was excellent. There were a few stains I couldn't get out but with zerorez it came right out and my carpet feels like it is brand new.

The carpet felt soft and CLEAN, not sticky with detergent and sprays. The deodorizer was non irritating and really helped with pet odors. We have tried many different carpet cleaning companies in the past, this was by far the freshest and cleanest our carpet has been after a cleaning.
