Zerorez are the best carpet cleaners we have ever had, and that is more than several. John and Justin were professional , they looked professional and were very polite. They showed genuine interest for my concerns. Someone had spilled red candle wax on my cream colored carpet and they got it all up. They cleaned corners and cleaned under some furniture that had not usually been cleaned under. I have already told many of my friends about your service. I heard about you on the Lars Larsen show. It was fast, clean and looked great.

We had the benefit of 2 fellows as one was being trained. Very interesting to hear all the instructions and information on the service and products as they worked. We had the "Man Recliner" with all sorts of spills around it, 3 cats and 2 pugs that are sometimes bad dogs in the house. We have had professional cleaning here and there but never the service or this clean of carpet. I have used our home carpet shampooer which takes forever~! Nothing compared your service. Walking barefoot on the carpet feels like brand new fluffy carpet. There was no odors left in the carpet or from your cleaners. The fellows had the carpet done in no time as my husband and I sat and thought they would be here for hours. After they were done we ran off for dinner. John was courteous and professional, there was a three hour block and he was finished in less than two hours. He was efficient and thorough. I am very pleased with my carpets they were very dirty and I was ashamed to have him look at them. But, when he was finished they looked 'brand new.'

Technician John's performance and care while in our new home is one big reason. The carpet looks great and we like the fact that there is no soap residue.

Finn was very helpful. My carpet had a horrible odor due to two old dogs I had had for years. (I had had my carpet cleaned twice since from someone else, which didn't help) He recommended the pet odor treatment, which I had figured was needed. I also had protectorant put down. My carpets look much better, and the odor is almost all gone. I will definitely recommend Zerorez.

Technicians were professional, courteous & forthcoming. They explained everything they recommended prior to execution. When they told me of the grout cleaning process, they offered to sample an area, so I could see for myself.

And the carpet & tile results were outstanding!

The cleaning equipment and procedure was impressive and looked to clean deeply into the carpet. I liked the way the carpet looked immediately! It's an interesting technology. The crew was on time and gave me a heads up call to let me know when they would arrive. They looked over the rooms to be cleaned and we came to a fair price. All in all, I am very happy with the end product.
