i like the fact that there is no soapy residue. the techniciabn was fantastic! he was very thorough walking through each room and analyzing the issues with any stains. I think his name was John.

After getting my carpet cleaned, the pet odor has been eliminated. Zerorez was very professional and friendly.

The technitions were VERY polite, friendly and professional. I was happy about the corner guards they used to protedt the corners in each room and at the stairs. I have had bad experiences with others in the past who were not so concerned about the details. I have several friends that I am going to refer to you and three others that I have already told about your great service. I wish other companies would do as good a job as Zerorez. Thank you.
