Justin was very professional and did a great job. The carpets look wonderful.

Our service rep was kind and respectful of our home. He took great care to protect the wall corners from being scuffed by the cleaning hose. Our carpets turned out amazing and we will absolutely be calling Zerorez in the future.

My carpet looks fantastic and the customer service is excellent!

No smell! Friendly service tech. He double checked with me as to cleaning job and redid a few spots I wanted rechecked. On my light couch there were a couple white spots left but overall satisfied.
