Professional, efficient and clean.

If the end result is what is claimed by using this type of service, then thats what I like. No soap and detergents. I was very impressed with how fast it took for your guy to complete the order.

Our carpet was left feeling very soft as opposed to other companies that leave it feeling stiff with a residue feeling. The young man that did the cleaning was very informative and pleasant! We will use Zerorez from now on!

The carpets were fresh an deeply cleaned. Old spots were removed. the bottle of spray that was left did an excellent job of removing any additional spots from the animals.

The rep that came to my home, Justin Curtis, was a pleasure to work with! He explained what makes Zero Res so much better than other carpet cleaners, which I found very interesting, and I was very pleased with the results. (My carpet was not desperately dirty so the change was not dramatic, but Justin was efficient, gave further suggestions, and did exactly what I requested without getting pushy, though he offered me further product options.) John called to let me know when he would be arriving, he came during the window of time promised and at the time he called to tell me, he walked through the areas to be cleaned and confirmed the price, he did a thorough job, and he was respectful of me, my family, and my home while he was there.

Rugs were clean and bright and dried soft. Most carpet cleaning leaves a residue that you can feel when walking barefooted on the carpet, It was nice that there wasn't a chemical smell too.

Typically you do a great job!! However this time I am disappointed in the protectant I had done.

If this treatment proves to have cleaner carpet longer because of no soap that will be great. The technician Peter was very pleasant and polite to have in my home. I had already given your name to a friend and she was very pleased with her carpets. Another has asked for your number. (I think they do this because they know I research everything thoroughly before I get involved.)
I've experienced poor work in the past where I was worse off for them working here.

Peter was our carpet guy. We have had him two times. He is very sociable and does an excellent job getting out our baby stains and dog stains. I most certainly would recommend him specifically and also zero red carpet cleaning services.
I did receive one receipt but you have not sent me the second recipt from the larger check. If you can do that that would be excellent.
